The SIBUR-Yug Corporate Wellness Center is located on Anapa Bay on the Black Sea.

The center has everything SIBUR employees’ families need for a great vacation: cozy rooms, a buffet, a wellness center, excursions, sports grounds, a pool, a beach and a packed entertainment program for kids and adults.

Challenge

The SIBUR-Yug team faced a tough challenge: build a universal app that could handle three jobs at once:

  • An internal corporate portal for center staff with news, chats and useful information.
  • A service portal for guests where they can submit a request and quickly resolve any issue for a comfortable stay.
  • A guide to the center for SIBUR-Yug guests where they can build a personal schedule, explore the entertainment program and sign up for excursions.

This became possible with the Talent Rocks platform, which powers the Sibur Club app. Flexible access-level settings combine features for different user groups in a single solution, and the Sibur Club app looks different for each group.

SIBUR-Yug Corporate Wellness Center LLC

80% of our center staff and 100% of our guests don’t have regular access to computers, but everyone has a smartphone in their pocket. We didn’t want to clutter our premises with notice boards that constantly need updating, yet we wanted employees and guests to always have access to the information they need. So a mobile app was the obvious choice.

Solution

The SIBUR-Yug app, built on the Talent Rocks platform, is used by both the center’s staff and its guests, and it brings together all external and internal communications.

Solution for guests

When a SIBUR employee receives a vacation voucher, they register in the app. Once signed in, they get access to information about the center and its amenities, plus a guest guide covering required documents, transfers and other important details.

The guest app also has an illustrated catalog of excursions and entertainment available during the stay, and a schedule of all activities that can be added to “Favorites.”

When guests arrive at the center, the app lets them send service requests via chat with the administration. For example, if something in the room breaks, the guest doesn’t have to go anywhere or look for anyone. They simply send a chat message, and within a few minutes the problem is solved.

The app also has themed chats, for example for sports fans, where guests meet, form teams and organize colleagues for matches. Afterwards, they share photos and impressions in the app.

Our ratio of app installs to center guests is around 40%. But since most guests come with their families, that means at least one install per family. So virtually all guests use the app, because it’s very convenient to have all the information at hand.

Solution for employees

The second important job the app does is internal communications among the center’s staff.

In the app, staff receive and immediately process guest service requests, and they can also submit their own requests, such as asking for a burnt-out light bulb to be replaced.

The app also publishes the staff lunch menu, alerts, company news and announcements.

Different departments have their own private internal chats (medical services, housekeeping and so on) for discussing issues relevant only to staff in that area.

We first launched the app in 2019; in 2020 we were closed due to the pandemic, and in 2021 and 2022 we reopened and resumed using the app. We now know the platform’s features well and add new capabilities every year. In 2023, for example, we introduced different access levels for guests who are only planning their stay and those who are currently checked in. And we have plenty of ideas for expanding the app’s features in the future to cover even more of our needs.
